What’s included in this kit?

The MHC Layout Kit includes a downloadable pdf with all architectural organization floor plans, dimensioned floor plans, all four elevations and main cross sections from our Cabin. It also includes a full 3d model, you will find the download link in the last page of the Kit.

Along with plans and 3d, it also includes written instructions about how is the best way to implement this design in your specific location, in terms of orientation and overhang depth.

You will have all the dimensions and plans you could ever need to be able to replicate this Cabin. This design took several months to be conceived, making this Cabin feel VERY spacious, and EXTREMELY thermally efficient. All of it with a very sleek and modern design.

Do I need both Layout and Structural kits? If you plan on building the Cabin using Light Steel Framing, yes, we recommend adding the Structural Kit to your order. Since it will provide you with a structural design that has been already catered to the Cabin's Architectural plans.

All plans come fully dimensioned and at 1:30 scale. You can read the dimensions, and you can also print them at home and measure from paper. 1 cm in your ruler will be 30 cm in real life.
